Privacy Notice

Last updated 20 September 2026

This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website — what we collect, why, who else is involved, and how long we keep it.

Who is responsible

Tierney's Garage of 164 Moorlough Road, Enniskillen, BT92 5FQ decides how information from this website is used, and is the data controller.

Silver Spider Media builds and runs this website for Tierney's Garage and operates the systems that deliver and manage your enquiry. They act on Tierney's Garage's instructions as a processor.

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, and gives you space for a phone number and the service you are interested in. We use what you send to reply to you, quote for the work, arrange a booking, and keep a record of the job.

What happens to it:

• The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the submission is from a person rather than a bot.
• Your enquiry is emailed to Tierney's Garage through Resend, an email delivery service.
• A copy is recorded in the Silver Spider Media Command Centre so the enquiry can be tracked and answered.

Sending an enquiry is not the same as agreeing to analytics. Your enquiry is handled the same way whether you accept or decline optional cookies.

Analytics, and only if you agree

If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. This helps us measure which pages are visited, which services are looked at, and whether people tap the phone number or email address. This is measured as a tap on a link, not as a phone call or an email that was actually sent.

Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Full detail is in the cookie and tracking information.

Embedded content from other companies

• Google Maps — the map on this site is provided by Google. We do not load it until you accept optional cookies, because loading it connects your device to Google. The address is always shown either way, and you can open the location directly in Google Maps if you prefer.

Where the website runs

This website is hosted on Vercel. Its systems keep standard server records, such as the request and the browser used, in order to serve pages and protect the site.

How long we keep things

• Enquiries and the records attached to them: up to 24 months.
• Analytics information, if you agreed to it: up to 14 months, after which it is deleted.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice whenever you like. When you withdraw it we stop optional analytics, remove the identifier from your device, and clear the Google Analytics cookies this site set.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Contact Tierney's Garage on tierneysgarage@mail.com or 07764 832378.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
